Great turnout at the World Skin Health Day on 21 July 2018
The Dermatological Society of Singapore (DSS) organised a public forum in support of the World Skin Health Day on 21 July 2018 at the Carlton Hotel. The aim was to raise awareness of the importance of skin health and empower the public with the skills and knowledge to take better care of their skin.
Eight of our dermatologist members took the afternoon to educate the public on sun protection, recognising skin cancers, essential skin care tips for the young and the old, anti-ageing treatment, dealing with hair loss, acne , eczema, urticaria and psoriasis.
Over 400 people attended the public forum. Sessions were interactive and very well received by the audience.
